Grievance & Contact Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have designated a Grievance Officer as your point of contact for complaints, content takedown requests, privacy and data-protection queries, and lawful requests from authorities.

We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours of receipt and to resolve it within 15 days, in line with applicable Indian law. To help us act quickly, please include relevant details such as the profile or content in question, a description of the issue, and any screenshots. Reports involving child-safety concerns, impersonation, or imminent harm are escalated immediately.
