Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Premium plans

Rasik Bandhan is free to start. You can create a profile, browse verified members, and use the core features of the App at no cost. To support and sustain the Service, we offer optional premium plans that unlock additional features and a more complete experience. Buying a premium plan is entirely your choice — you are never required to pay in order to use the free features of the App.

Each premium plan is a prepaid, fixed-term purchase: you pay once and premium features are unlocked for a fixed period. Plans do not auto-renew and there is no recurring or automatic charge. The exact price, currency, term length, and the features included in each plan are shown clearly to you on the purchase screen inside the App before you confirm any payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency (where supported) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as determined by Google Play for your country. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted the price and plan details shown to you at that time.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to optional premium plans. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. From time to time we may change the plans we offer, their features, or their prices. Any change in price will be communicated in accordance with Google Play's requirements, and changes will never affect a paid term you have already purchased.

2. Billing via Google Play

All optional premium plans are sold and billed solely through Google Play Billing, the payment system operated by Google for apps distributed on the Google Play Store. When you purchase a premium plan, your payment is processed by Google using the payment method already saved to your Google account. Your purchase is therefore linked to your Google account rather than only to your Rasik Bandhan profile. Google Play is the seller of record for every premium purchase.

Because Google handles every transaction, Rasik Bandhan does not collect, see, or store your card, UPI, bank, or other payment details. Your financial information is held and processed by Google in accordance with Google's own terms and privacy practices. We receive only confirmation from Google that a valid purchase has been made, so that we can activate the corresponding premium features on your account.

Prepaid plans — no auto-renewal

Premium plans are prepaid for a fixed term and billed only once through Google Play. They are not subscriptions: they do not auto-renew, and there is no recurring or automatic charge. You will not be charged again unless you actively choose to buy another term.

  • You pay a single, one-time price for the term shown to you on the purchase screen at the time of purchase.
  • When the paid term ends, your premium access simply ends — Google does not place any further charge on your payment method.
  • To get premium access again after a term expires, you actively buy another plan; nothing renews on its own.
  • Any change to plan prices applies only to future purchases and never affects a term you have already paid for.

You can review your purchases and your order history at any time in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

3. Cancellation

Because premium plans are prepaid for a fixed term and do not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Once you buy a plan, it runs for its fixed term and then expires automatically — nothing renews and Google does not charge you again. There is no "cancel" step you need to take to stop future billing, because there is no future billing.

How a prepaid plan ends

  • You buy a plan once; premium features stay active for the fixed term shown at purchase.
  • When the term ends, your account simply returns to the free version of the App, with your profile and core features still available.
  • To regain premium access, you actively buy another plan whenever you choose.

You can view your order and purchase history at any time in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or from a web browser at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory while signed in to the same Google account. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a purchase, you can request one through Google Play as described in Section 4 below.

If you wish to remove your account and personal data entirely, you can do so at any time as described in our Delete Your Account page. Because plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, deleting the App or your account does not trigger any further charge.

4. Refunds

Because all premium plans are purchased and billed through Google Play Billing, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies. Google Play is the seller of record: it processes the original payment, holds your payment details, and is therefore the party that issues any refund. We do not control Google's refund decisions, timelines, or methods, and any refund that is approved is returned to your original Google Play payment method by Google.

How to request a refund

The fastest way to request a refund is directly through Google Play, which is the seller of record for your purchase:

  • Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, and go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history to find the relevant order; or
  • Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory in a browser while signed in to the same Google account, locate the order, and choose the report or refund option; or
  • Use Google's dedicated refund request page and help centre at support.google.com/googleplay.

Please contact Google Play first. If you have difficulty with the Google Play process, or if Google asks for confirmation from the developer, email us at rasikbandhan@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your request, and we will assist you and do our best to support your request with Google. Whether a refund is ultimately granted, however, remains subject to Google Play's policies and Google's determination.

Unused time and eligibility

Premium plans are sold as prepaid, fixed-term purchases. As a general rule, and consistent with Google Play's policies, we do not provide refunds for unused time on a plan. Your premium access runs for the full term you have paid for and then ends automatically. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for time remaining on a plan, except where a refund is required under applicable law or under Google Play's policies.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the laws of India or other applicable consumer-protection law. Where such law, or Google Play's own policies, require a refund in your particular circumstances, that refund will be honoured accordingly. Each refund request is considered on its own facts and in light of the applicable Google Play policies.

5. Contact

Have a question about a premium plan, a charge, a cancellation, or a refund? We are here to help. Email us at rasikbandhan@gmail.com and, to help us assist you quickly, please include your Google Play order number, the date of the charge, and a short description of your issue. We will respond and, where appropriate, help you take the matter up with Google Play.

For grievances or formal complaints, you may write to the Grievance Officer, Rasik Bandhan at rasikbandhan@gmail.com. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. For billing and refund matters that Google Play handles directly, Google's own help centre at support.google.com/googleplay remains the primary point of contact.
